Paweł Kucz joins immo lab
Pawel Kucz has joined immo lab as Transaction Support Manager.
Paweł Kucz is responsible for, among others, assessment of the investment potential of a property, preparation of investment memoranda and other strategic materials from the point of view of real estate processes, completion of documents necessary to conduct due diligence process of a real estate and finalization of a transaction as well as support of immo lab development.
- Paweł's knowledge and experience fit immo lab's philosophy very well. Our goal is to provide comprehensive, strategic support for all participants of investment and real estate processes. That is why from the very beginning we wanted to develop a business and organization, which in one place, with one team of founders and partners will gather the best competencies and the biggest talents from the real estate market. Paweł has experience in many areas related to the real estate market - he specializes in the controlling and financial analysis of development projects. Over the years, he has participated in numerous investment processes, both in the execution and commercialization of investments in the office (GD&K Group) and residential markets (Murapol S.A.).
In recent years, he has been involved in market analysis and consultancy. He currently supports a start-up based on the sharing economy concept, whose mission is to manage the renting gap in the Polish housing sector.
immo lab speeds up
immo lab was established in January this year. The Co-founder is Daniel Puchalski, who previously, for a number of years was associated with international consulting agencies - Colliers International, JLL and Knight Frank. immo lab's team consists of Piotr Litwin, Partner, Jakub Szymanowski - Senior Broker and Paweł Pajka - Business Development Manager.
The agency specializes in strategic advisory in the area of investment land for the logistics and industrial sector, services, office, retail, residential and PRS segments, and acts as an agent in capital market’s transactions.
In total, over the last few years, immo lab experts have finalized more than 1,000 investment and capital market transactions worth over PLN 12 billion.
- Currently our team is conducting a number of transactions from the PRS, investment and industrial segments, both on the Warsaw and on the largest regional markets - in Kraków, Poznań, Wrocław and Gdańsk. Finalization of a few of them is planned for this year - concludes Daniel Puchalski.
