The Future of the Real Estate Market in Poland" - Black Whale report premiere
Black Whale Real Estate has released the report The Future of the Real Estate Market in Poland according to 30 industry representatives (2023-30). The publication consists of statements from representatives of development, executive and investment companies, as well as market experts and private investors. Each author tries to predict the situation in the industry, potential threats, expected opportunities and trends in the real estate market in the coming years.
The publication The Future of the Real Estate Market in Poland According to 30 Industry Representatives (2023-30) was created to show the different points of view of individual market participants on the current situation in the industry. The war across the eastern border, the threat of an energy crisis, rising inflation, expensive credit, global logistics problems, new unfavorable regulations or difficult access to labor - these are the problems affecting developers and investment entities today, as well as contractors, finishers, designers, financiers, building material manufacturers, as well as private home buyerś, borrowers and tenants.
Many people, including leading representatives of the broader real estate sector, are trying to guess in which direction the market is heading and what new challenges it will face. The publication The Future of the Real Estate Market in Poland According to 30 Industry Representatives (2023-30) was created to help gain a broader perspective, getting to know the opinions, views, expectations and insights of representatives of different areas of the market, as well as their visions and ideas, which can serve as inspiration to introduce - perhaps necessary - changes.
- We are currently dealing with an extremely dynamically changing economic, monetary and political situation both in Poland and around the world. The real estate industry is one of the most important areas for any economy, significantly affecting the qualitý of life of entire societies. Its problems are not only inconveniences for companies operating directly in this sector, but also for the entire chain of subsidiaries and for consumers, already struggling with limited purchasing power and low creditworthiness," says Mariusz Wilner, Portfolio Director at Black Whale.
One of the experts invited to the report is Daniel Puchalski, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of immo lab:
- Whoever is first to identify new market needs in terms of emerging trends or new investment ideas after the 2022-24 crisis will win the most. The winners will also be funds and entities with spare funds, which are waiting for discounts and opportunities to acquire land, construction entities, developers or other industry companies," comments Daniel Puchalski.
