Immo lab with new person strengthens potential in investment land area

Consulting agency immo lab is expanding its team of commercial real estate experts. Krzysztof Kaczor has joined the company and taken the position of Director of Investment Advisory. He is responsible for financial and market analysis and the acquisition of land for investment.

Krzysztof Kaczor has 13 years of experience in the commercial and residential real estate market. He gained it at leading residential developers in Poland such as Murapol and VINCI Immobilier. Among his competencies were acquiring investment land for multifamily residential, commercial and office development, and negotiating contracts. He was also associated with the banking industry. At Deutsche Bank, he was responsible for financing small and medium-sized enterprises, and at Polbank he was responsible for financing real estate development projects and mortgages.
