Immo Lab represents Hossanova in a prestigious forward-purchase transaction with AFI Europe
We are proud to announce the completion of a forward -purchase transaction, which will result in the launch of 200 PRS ( privet rental sector) flats representing 10,261 sqm of residential and commercial floor space on the Wroclaw market. During the transaction, immolab represented the Wroclaw-based developer Hossanova and the buyer is the investment fund AFI Europe, known for its numerous investments in the European market.
