Immo lab advises on the sale of a prestigious plot of land in the New Centre of Łódź

We are delighted to announce that immo lab had the honour of advising on the sale of one of the most expensive plots of land in the New Centre of Łódź. Our client, Ghelamco, sold this prestigious property to Wrocław-based developer Archicom for PLN 90 million.

Waldemar Olbryk, president of Archicom, stressed the importance of this transaction for the further development of the city: ‘The New Centre of Łódź is an inner-city, consistently revitalised area that is set to change the face of the entire city. We believe in the potential of this place, created on land reclaimed for the inhabitants of the whole of Łódź. Our company is buying land there, thanks to which we will add our contribution to this project. We will build an open residential development with access to city amenities. It will also provide a link between a key transport hub and retail and leisure infrastructure.’
Archicom plans to build 1,300 flats on this plot of land, which will significantly contribute to the revitalisation of the area and increase the quality of life for the residents of Łódź.
