750 million immo lab

Since the beginning of 2024, the immo lab consultancy has taken part in investment land sales worth PLN 480 million. Further transactions worth PLN 270 million are still in the pipeline. In total, the agreements currently being finalised and negotiated will generate investments worth more than PLN 1.5 billion and will lead to the creation of almost 400,000 sq m of new residential and warehouse space. immo lab forecasts a good year for investment land in Poland. An important impulse supporting growth in this segment is the increased activity of private equity funds.

Recently, immo lab successfully finalised three large transactions in Kraków - the sale of a hotel, a residential plot and land for a logistics investment - as well as two transactions in Gdańsk, one in Łódź and one in Wrocław. These deals amounted to PLN 480 million and included more than 240,000 sq m of new warehouse, residential and private rental sector (PRS) space. Meanwhile, the company's team is currently in the process of selling a new five-star hotel and a large logistics site. The value of all immo lab projects will reach PLN 750 million by the end of the year.
