Privacy policy
§1.[GENERAL PROVISIONS]
- This document defines the Privacy Policy of the Immo Lab website, which specifically includes regulations regarding the protection of personal data and the security of other data entered into the store by the User.
- The Privacy Policy is an integral attachment to the Terms and Conditions.
§2.[DEFINITIONS]

- Parties - Administrator and User
- User - a natural person who uses the Service and provides their personal data within it.
§3.[PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION]
- The Administrator is the Data Controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016 (GDPR).
- The Administrator processes data within the scope, time, and purposes specified each time in the content provided under forms used for collecting personal data from the User.
- Personal data will only be transferred to trusted subcontractors of the Administrator, such as IT service providers, accounting firms, and administration.
§4.[USER RIGHTS]
- In case of a change in personal data, the User should update them by sending an appropriate message to the Administrator.
- The User has the right to request access to their personal data, rectification, deletion, and restriction of processing. Additionally, they have the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object to the processing of personal data.
- The User has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
- Providing personal data is voluntary; however, failure to consent to data processing prevents the use of the Service.
- The Administrator may refuse to delete the User’s personal data if retaining the personal data is necessary due to legal obligations imposed on the Administrator.
§5.[TECHNICAL DATA PROTECTION]
- The Administrator uses all technical and organizational methods to ensure the security of the User's personal data and protect them from accidental or intentional destruction, accidental loss, modification, unauthorized disclosure, or access. Information is stored and processed on high-security servers with appropriate security measures in compliance with Polish law.
- The Administrator commits to storing backup copies containing the User's personal data.
- The entrusted data is stored on high-quality equipment and servers in properly secured data storage centers, accessible only to authorized persons.
- The Administrator carries out data processing activities in compliance with all legal and technical requirements imposed by data protection regulations.
§6.[COOKIES POLICY]
- For the convenience of Users, the Service uses cookies, among other things, to tailor the Service to users' needs and for statistical purposes. Cookies are small text files sent by a web service that the internet user visits to the user’s device.
- The Service uses two types of cookies: "session" cookies and "persistent" cookies. "Session" cookies are temporary files stored on the User's device until they log out, leave the website, or close the browser. "Persistent" cookies are stored on the User's device for a period specified in the cookie parameters or until they are deleted by the User.
- The Service uses the following types of cookies:
- "necessary" - enable the use of services available within the Service, e.g., used in user authentication,
- "security" - used to ensure security, e.g., used to detect abuses in the use of the Service,
- "performance" - enable the collection of information on how the Service is used,
- "functional" - allow the User’s selected settings and interface personalization, such as language selection, region, font size, appearance of the Service, etc.,
- "advertising" - enable the delivery of advertising content more tailored to the User’s interests,
- "integration" - related to third-party services used within the Service.
§7.[LOGS]
- In accordance with the practice of most websites, we store HTTP requests directed to our server (server logs). Therefore, we store:
- IP addresses from which users browse the information content of our Service;
- time of request arrival,
- time of response sent,
- client station name - identified by the HTTP protocol,
- information on errors that occurred during the HTTP transaction,
- URL address of the previously visited page (referer link),
- user’s browser information.
- Data collected in log files is used exclusively for administering the Service.
- The collected logs are stored indefinitely as auxiliary material for administering the Service. The information contained in them is not disclosed to anyone except those authorized to administer the Service. Statistical summaries based on logs do not contain any identifying features of visitors.
§8.[CONTACT]
- The User may contact the Administrator at any time to obtain information on whether and how the Administrator uses their personal data.
- The User may also request the Administrator to delete their personal data entirely or partially.
