Daniel Puchalski among the Top 50 Most Influential People in Polish Real Estate

Daniel Puchalski has been involved in the real estate market for over two decades. The past year has been a time of intense growth and spectacular projects for immo lab. The most important ones include:

-strategic land transactions in Warsaw and other regions,
-a consortium contract with one of the largest banks in Poland.
These are projects which, as Daniel Puchalski points out, “change the market and show that it is not only numbers that count in business, but also courage and relationships”.
In the coming months, immo lab will focus on the development of key areas such as land development and the residential sector, investment land in cities and regions with high potential, data centres and energy storage – modern directions responding to the challenges of energy and digital transformation.
