IMMO LAB ADVISED ON THE SALE TRANSACTION OF THE FORMER PERUN FACTORY SITE IN WARSAW

In January, immo lab successfully advised on a transaction in the Warsaw investment real estate market concerning the former Perun Factory site — one of the capital’s historic post-industrial assets.

Following a long and demanding preparatory process, including the acquisition of a Lex Developer decision and a final, legally binding building permit, the project is now approaching implementation. The planned mixed-use residential and commercial development will be delivered on a site of 9,749 sqm, with a total gross usable area of 14,312 sqm.

The former Perun Factory will undergo comprehensive revitalisation and will be reintegrated into the city as a fully functional, high-quality urban space.

The transaction was executed in an exceptionally challenging 2025 market environment, marked by geopolitical uncertainty, limited availability of financing and a high level of investor caution.
