"The land market is very hot, and the situation resembles the shopping frenzy we last saw at the turn of 2007 and 2008" - says Daniel Puchalski in an interview with the daily "Parkiet". As Daniel Puchalski explains, developers' land banks are melting very quickly, and everyone's dream is to have a well-diversified portfolio for a few years ahead. It is no wonder that even 10-15 developers are entering the race for the best plots. In turn, this growing competition translates into increasingly higher land prices, at least in market segments that are on the rise, such as the PRS sector.

The high temperature on the investment land market is evidenced by, among others, transactions carried out in recent months by the immo lab team, such as the December sale of land for an industrial and logistics investment in Kielce, or two real estate acquisition transactions for a large PRS fund in Kraków. Currently, immo lab is conducting many similar projects, cooperating and providing 360-degree services, including: for PRS investors, housing developers and players from the logistics sector.
