Demanding times, creative solutions – Daniel Puchalski, Managing Partner and Co-founder of immo lab summed up the changes in the investment real estate market in Poland for the "Rynek Inwestycji" magazine over the last dozen or so months.

As he emphasizes, it was a period full of challenges for the market, but currently there is a significant increase in interest in various types of real estate, and investors are particularly interested in apartments for rent. He also draws attention to the fact that although the development of the warehouse market has slowed down compared to the dynamics during the pandemic, it is still at a good level. It is driven by new capital, which is flowing in from, among others, Israel, Great Britain, the USA, Belgium, Lithuania and Ukraine. PUREHub (Polish Ukrainian Real Estate Hub) notes an increase in interest in Poland from investors from Ukraine.

The biggest challenge is currently faced by office building owners and office developers, especially outside Warsaw, where transactions have become more demanding. Some office tenants are looking for new locations, even becoming investment partners. immo lab leasing, using its knowledge and network of contacts, offers modern and innovative solutions for tenants in line with ESG principles, thus anticipating current market trends.
