The iconic Sofitel Grand Sopot has been sold!

We are proud to announce that the immo lab team advised AccorInvest, the owner of the Orbis group, in the process of selling one of the icons of the Polish hotel market - Sofitel Grand Sopot. 

The buyer is the Polish company Sinfam Investments, which invests in hotel properties, mainly in the premium segment. 

This is an exceptional transaction that shows the activation of Polish capital in the real estate market and the increased interest in valuable assets by Polish investors. Sofitel Grand Sopot, located by the historic pier, not only boasts beautiful neo-baroque architecture with Art Deco influences, but also a unique history dating back to 1927. It is a legend of Polish hospitality. 

The hotel will continue to be managed by the Sofitel brand, and the new owner has announced further modernization and renovations that will maintain its prestigious character and help continue the history of one of the strongest hotel brands in Poland.
